About Mosaic Solutions

Hi!  I'm Rebecca Debter and I look forward to working with you for your advertising and awareness needs.  I was in corporate marketing 16 years and worked five years in a ministry reorganization/awareness position at a local church.  I started my own marketing business, Mosaic Solutions, three years ago.  I enjoy working with small businesses and non-profit organizations because they are the heartbeat of our communities.

I am married to John Ross Debter and we live on the Debter family farm with deep roots in the registered Hereford cattle business.  Our three children are the 7th generation to live on the farm.  

Being organized is an essential component of a successful business or non-profit organization and I feel that my work reflects that.  Each year, I create my own organizer for work, home, and extra-curricular activities which has kept me on task as well as reminded me to take care of myself.

You will find that I am very organized and dependable and will work to customize your unique marketing needs.  Planned posts for social media will reflect your own style and be well organized and strategic.  Simplistic messages and logos are also important and will be designed and written so your audience knows who you are and what you have to offer.
